We're scaling our Bengaluru team across sales, network support, and people ops — building the operations layer that lets crawlcrawl support customers in every Indian time zone and grow into the next product line.

On-site only. No remote, no hybrid. We hire grown-ups and trust them to be in the room.

Why we work in person

We've watched a lot of teams try to do hard customer-facing work over Slack from six time zones. It mostly doesn't work. The fastest learning happens when a new sales hire can overhear a senior call, when an NSE can swivel to the engineer next to them with a packet capture, when an HR teammate can read the room before a sensitive conversation. Our campus is built for that. Coffee is on us; the L1 commute is on you.

Bengaluru · Full-time · On-site · Sales

Drive new customer acquisition. Outbound + warm pipeline. You own the conversation end-to-end: prospect, qualify, demo, close, then hand off to onboarding.

You'll thrive if you have:

  • 1+ years in B2B SaaS or technical sales
  • Comfort talking to developers and CTOs about APIs (we will train)
  • Written English that gets customer compliments
  • Discipline to log everything in CRM the same day

Network Support Engineer

Frontline + escalation support for customers running large crawl jobs. Debug API errors, proxy routes, rate-limits, webhook deliveries, and the long tail of "my crawl returned 0 pages".

You'll thrive if you have:

  • CCNA-equivalent or higher network fundamentals (TCP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, proxies)
  • Linux comfort — logs, processes, basic scripting
  • Curiosity to read tracebacks and figure things out
  • Clear written English; documentation habit

HR Executive

People ops for a fast-growing campus. Recruitment ops, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave + attendance, and the cultural fabric of the team.

You'll thrive if you have:

  • 1–3 years HR experience (any sector)
  • Strong organisational hygiene — nothing falls through the cracks
  • Empathy for both candidates and engineering managers
  • Patience to chase 30 follow-ups a day without losing warmth

Compensation

Above-market base for the role and your experience band. Performance bonuses on a quarterly cadence. We don't lowball — we expect you to be all-in, and we pay accordingly.

Time off

₹25,000 / year per person for certifications, courses, conferences. Use it. If you don't, your manager will ask why.

What the process looks like

  1. Screening call — 20 minutes with HR. Mutual fit check.
  2. Hiring-manager round — 45 minutes. Role-specific deep dive.
  3. Practical exercise — 60-90 minutes for NSE (debug a real-ish ticket); short mock call for Sales; case for HR.
  4. Final conversation — with a founder. Culture + offer.

Target turnaround: offer within 10 working days of first screening.
