Terms governing use of the crawlcrawl API.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these terms. You may not use crawlcrawl if you or your organization are on a US or EU sanctions list.
You may not crawl content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the target website's jurisdiction. You may not crawl content prohibited by a target website's robots.txt file unless you have permission from the website owner. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your API usage is subject to rate limits based on your tier. Circumventing these limits by using multiple API keys or projects is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate API access for abuse without notice.
We provide best-effort uptime. Current status is available at status.crawlcrawl.com. No service level agreement (SLA) is provided for free or indie tiers. Agency and Studio tiers receive a 99.5% monthly uptime target, with credit for months below 99.0%.
Billing is monthly, in advance. We accept credit cards and invoices for Agency and Studio tiers. Refunds are prorated for cancellations within the first 30 days of a paid plan.
Either party may terminate paid plans with 30 days' notice. We may terminate your API access immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be exported on request and deleted within 90 days.
Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
