Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the target's, anything explicitly prohibited by the target site's robots.txt unless you have written permission, or anything that violates the target site's terms of service. You take responsibility for compliance; we provide a tool, not a license.
Tier caps are enforced. Attempting to evade limits across multiple keys or projects is a ToS violation. We may suspend keys for abuse without prior notice.
Best-effort uptime. Status is at status.crawlcrawl.com. No formal SLA is offered at this time. SLA terms may be added in a future revision; existing customers will be notified before any binding service level is introduced.
Monthly, in advance, via the payment method you provide. Refunds are issued only within the first 30 days of a paid plan, prorated for unused time.
Either party may terminate any paid plan with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for ToS violation, abuse, or unpaid invoices >30 days overdue. On termination your data can be exported on request and is deleted within 90 days.
Our liability is capped at the amounts you paid to us in the prior 12 months. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
